Right of reply: Subjects of investigations are offered the opportunity to respond before publication. Responses are included in full or in fair summary.
Corrections: If an error is identified — factual, analytical, or interpretive — a correction is published with the original error preserved and the correction clearly noted. Each correction is timestamped and linked to the source of the correction request.
Updates: Investigations are living documents. When new evidence emerges that changes the analysis, the piece is updated with a changelog at the top noting what changed and why.
Report an error: If you spot something that needs correcting, email thomaster.journo@gmail.com with the article link and the issue. All correction requests are acknowledged.
